Our first chapter dinner of the year will be our annual MOAA GVC ROTC/JROTC Awards Dinner, where we recognize outstanding cadets and midshipmen of the Rochester area from UR, RIT and SUNY Brockport as well as Early College International HS and Rochester Leadership Academy.
